A clinic — booking
«Do you have anything tomorrow?»
The agent offers the free slots, records the choice, takes a name and a number. Reception deals only with the patient standing in front of them.
A late reply in chat is invisible. On the phone it is not: the customer waits, hangs up and calls somebody else. Vexvon picks that call up — it talks, it writes the details down, and it hands over to a person when it should.
All three happen on an ordinary working day, and in all three the customer does the same thing — calls somebody else.
01
The working day ends; the calls do not. A call that arrives in the evening or at the weekend does not come back the next morning — by then the customer has solved the problem elsewhere.
02
When three people call at once, two hear an engaged tone. How many of them call back is something nobody measures, because there is nothing left to measure.
03
“How much is it”, “where are you”, “what time do you close”. Half of an agent's day goes on those three questions, and the other half on the work that actually needs a person.
Vexvon does not replace your agents — it decides which calls reach them. The repetitive question stays with the AI, and the call that needs human judgement gets to a human.
The conversation on the left, and what it left behind on the right — a transcript, a summary and the fields you defined in the scenario.

The AI agent is speaking
Hello, you've reached Vexvon Clinic. How can I help you?
Hi, I'd like to book an appointment for a dental cleaning.
Of course. This week we have Tuesday at 15:00 and Friday at 11:00 free. Which suits you better?
Friday works.
I'll put you down for Friday at 11:00. Could I take your name and a contact number?
Narmin Aliyeva, 055 234 56 78.
Noted, Ms Aliyeva. We'll see you Friday at 11:00, and we'll send a reminder the day before.
What reaches the panel afterwards
Summary
Asked to book a dental cleaning, chose Friday at 11:00, and gave a name and number.
You define the fields on the right: service and date for a clinic, product and size for a shop, product and amount for a bank. The agent writes down only what was actually said on the call — a field it cannot find stays empty rather than being invented. The recording and the full transcript are kept on the same record.
Vexvon runs on top of the phone setup you already have, and you decide which calls ever reach it.
A SIP trunk, an IP PBX or a carrier line — AzInTelecom, Twilio and on-premise PBX connections are supported. The line's registration status is visible live in the panel, so when a connection drops you hear it from the panel and not from a customer. The number your customers know stays the same.
Rules — read top to bottom
Rules run by priority: if the one above matches, the ones below it are never read. You can test a rule set before it goes live — the panel answers the question “a call from this number, at this hour, would go where?”
Calls get answered, calls get made, what the agent says is yours to set, and every call leaves a record. Open any of them to see what is inside.
All four are taken from an ordinary working day.
01
«Do you have anything tomorrow?»
The agent offers the free slots, records the choice, takes a name and a number. Reception deals only with the patient standing in front of them.
02
«How much is this model, is it in stock?»
The agent answers from the catalogue. If the same question comes in fifteen times a day, all fifteen are answered without an operator.
03
«What time do you open in the morning?»
An 11pm call is not left ringing. The customer learns what they needed, and their number is with your team by morning.
04
«We haven't ordered from you in a while»
A “no contact for 90 days” filter builds the list, the agent calls all of it, and the ones who are interested are separated out and passed to sales.
Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok and your website connect to the same Vexvon account.
Somebody who asked a price on Instagram and then picked up the phone is not two separate enquiries. The transcript of the call lands under that person's message history, so your agent knows who is calling and what was already discussed. The channel changes; the context does not.
It goes live on top of the line you already run, without changing your number. Tell us briefly about your company — our AI Call Center agent will call you shortly and answer your questions.
