AI Telesales

Your list keeps growing. The number of people calling it does not.

Your team can only get through so many conversations in a day — the rest sit in a queue. Vexvon takes that queue: it calls, works out who is interested, records the outcome, and passes on only the people worth your team's time.

The problem

The longer the list, the longer the part of it nobody calls.

This is not a problem of effort. There is a natural ceiling on how many calls one person can make in a day.

  1. 01

    The list outruns the team

You have a thousand numbers and the team gets through a hundred a day. The other nine hundred sit at the bottom of the list, going a little colder every day.

  2. 02

A late call is a late call

Someone who enquired is waiting for an answer. By the time you call two days later, they have usually bought from somebody else.

  3. 03

“We called them” — and then?

Who was interested, who needs calling again, who said no — across thousands of conversations, keeping track of that becomes a job of its own.

Vexvon does not replace your salespeople. It calls the whole list; they talk only to the people who showed interest — and they start already knowing what those people want.

The campaign

You see how many people it will reach before a single number is dialled.

Audience, script, hours and limits are all yours to set. The panel does the arithmetic before it starts.

  1. 01

    Audience

    A CRM filter, or Excel/CSV

“Status = interested”, “source = Instagram”, “no contact for 30 days” — or a file you already have.

  2. 02

    Script

    What the agent will say

The goal of the conversation, its language, the agent's voice, and the fields to extract from the call.

  3. 03

    Hours

    Days and a time window

Calls go out only in the hours you set — not before nine in the morning, not after eight at night.

  4. 04

    Limits

    Daily and concurrent

How many calls a day, and how many lines at once — both are yours to decide.

Rows with no number and duplicate rows never enter the campaign.

This screen is the most important part of a campaign. Handing a list to a machine is easy; seeing what you handed it, before it starts, is what stops a thousand numbers being dialled with the wrong script. Once it is running you can still pause it, resume it or cancel it outright.

While it runs

It called them and what happened next is right there.

Every number has an outcome against it, and every outcome has a next step behind it.

Campaign running

  • Narmin A.InterestedPassed to the sales team
  • Rashad G.No answerRetry scheduled
  • Aysel M.Call me laterReminder set
  • Elvin H.DeclinedRemoved from the list

Nobody types the outcome in: the agent records it at the end of the conversation. A number that did not answer gets a retry, somebody who asked to be called later gets a reminder, and anyone who showed interest reaches the sales team there and then.

  1. Every call leaves a trace

The transcript, a one-sentence summary and the fields you defined in the script are written to the customer record.

  2. Your salesperson starts with context

What lands with your team is not an anonymous number — what that person wants is already written down.

  3. Results are visible as it runs

There is no waiting for the campaign to finish: how many calls went out, how many were answered and how many showed interest is clear while it is still going.

What it can do

Four jobs in outbound calling.

The list is built, the agent talks, the outcome is recorded, and the interested are separated out. Open any of them to see what is inside.

Excel or CSV
You upload the customer list you already have, and the columns are mapped to the system's fields.
A CRM filter
Instead of a file, you write conditions. The list is not fixed — it is recalculated when the campaign starts, so it is never stale.
“No contact for N days”
The most-used filter for waking a dormant base: 30, 60 or 90 days, whichever you choose.
Duplicates are cleaned up
The same number is never called twice; duplicates are stripped out before the campaign starts.

Scenarios

The lists where outbound calling earns its keep.

All four are lists that rarely get finished by hand.

01

A dormant base

«We haven't ordered from you in a while»

A “no contact for 90 days” filter builds the list and the agent calls all of it. Your team talks only to the ones who come back.

02

First call to a new lead

«I enquired through your website»

The call goes out as the enquiry arrives, without waiting for a slot in the team's day. Here, delay is lost revenue directly.

03

Appointment and payment reminders

«What time was it tomorrow again?»

Reminder calls run down the list automatically; no-shows drop and nobody dials by hand.

04

Announcing a campaign

«How long is the discount on for?»

A new offer reaches the base in a day — your existing customers hear it from you rather than from a competitor.

The Vexvon platform

The number you are calling usually came from social media.

Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok and your website connect to the same Vexvon account.

Somebody who wrote on Instagram and left a number is in tomorrow's campaign list without an export and an import in between. The outcome of the call is written back under that same conversation. The channel changes; the customer record does not.
