A reply to a story
«do you have this?»
No product name, no code. The bot looks at the story itself and knows which product is meant.
On Instagram a message almost always points at something: the story they just watched, the reel they shared, the post they commented under, the ad they tapped. Vexvon sees that thing and builds the answer around it.
The other half is on the screen, and it was never typed.
01
A customer replies to a story: “do you have this?”. No product name, no code. To answer it, somebody has to go and look at that story.
02
Hundreds of comments arrive, all asking the same thing. By the time anyone reads them the video has dropped out of the feed, and the people who asked have bought elsewhere.
03
Post it in the comments and your competitors read it. Leave it out and the question goes unanswered. And “DM us” loses most of them on the way.
This page answers all three — and all three start not with reading the text, but with seeing what is on the screen.
Vexvon works out where the message came from, reads what is there, and folds it into the answer.
«How much is this?»
That last row is Instagram's strongest card: a customer sends a photo of a product and the bot recognises it — name, price and sizes, straight from your catalogue. No other channel has this.
The bot does more than answer — it narrows the question, collects the details, and steps aside when it should.
The question is answered from a knowledge base built out of your products, prices, FAQ and documents. Nights, weekends and holidays make no difference.
A voice message from a customer is transcribed; and if you want it, Vexvon's reply goes back as a voice note too. This is Instagram-only.
The moment a number appears in the conversation, a customer record is created and your sales group is notified.
If a conversation trails off, the bot writes again six hours later. If that would land overnight it is moved to 9am — nobody gets a message at three in the morning.

Vexvon is answering
You showed a bag in your story — how much is it?
Hello! The one in the story is our leather bag — 149 AZN. It comes in black and beige.
Do you have the beige in stock?
Yes, beige is in stock. Delivery within Baku takes a day, payment on delivery. Could you leave your number so we can place the order?
0552345678
Got it. One of our team will be in touch today to confirm the order.
The customer never once named the product. Because the bot knew which story was being replied to, the question was already clear.
The message is understood, the comments are handled, leads do not go missing, and the account looks after itself. Open any of them to see what is inside.
All four are cases where the text alone is not enough.

02
«price?»
Hundreds of identical comments arrive. Every one gets a reply, and the price goes to the DM rather than under the post.
03
«do you have this one?»
The customer sends a photo of something they saw elsewhere. It is matched against the catalogue and the answer comes back with a price.

«Voice note · 12 seconds»
The message is transcribed and answered — and if you want, the answer goes back as audio.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, your website and your phone line connect to the same Vexvon account.
Somebody who replied to a story on Instagram and then carried on in WhatsApp is not two customers. Wherever the conversation continues, it is written to the same customer record. The channel changes; the context does not.
Showing it on your own story and your own catalogue is the shortest explanation there is. Tell us briefly about your company — our AI Call Center agent will call you shortly and answer your questions.
