Site and catalogue ready
«We have a website and the products are on it»
The fastest case: the site is read, the channel connects, the script is written and testing starts.
Getting Vexvon running needs no developer, no new system and no retraining your team. There are four steps, and we do three of them.
It is not the technology that puts people off — it is the work in front of it.
01
This is usually where a project stops. Somebody has to sit down and write them, and that somebody already has a job.
02
If setup needs a technical team, the project ends that same day for most small and mid-sized businesses.
03
Turning a bot loose on real customers is frightening. Without a way to try it first, nobody wants to start.
The four steps below are shaped by exactly those three worries: nothing to write, nothing technical, and a test before anything goes live.
The order is always the same; the duration depends on how much material you have.
For Instagram, Facebook and TikTok you press “authorise” once. WhatsApp connects through the official Business API, Telegram through a bot token, your website through one line of script. Your numbers and accounts do not change.
You give us your website link and the pages are read automatically. A catalogue or PDFs are uploaded if you have them. And a question-and-answer set is generated out of your Instagram account's past conversations.
The bot's tone, its languages, the questions it asks and the details it collects are all defined. This is filling in a form, not writing code.
The bot runs in test mode first: you write to it, read the answers, and correct them. Test conversations never reach the reports. When you are happy, it goes live.
Setup
Frequently asked
What do you need from our side?
Your website link, a one-off authorisation on your social accounts, and a product catalogue if you have one. We build the rest.
Will we need a developer?
No. Only the website widget needs one line of code, and whoever maintains your site usually adds it — it is a five-minute job.
These are the two questions we are asked most, and both answers are short. The heavy part of setup is not on your side.
These are the things you will see and decide during setup.
These are typical cases — we give you an exact timeline at the demo, after looking at what you have.
01
«We have a website and the products are on it»
The fastest case: the site is read, the channel connects, the script is written and testing starts.
02
«Prices are in a spreadsheet, the rules are nowhere»
First we gather the material in one place. This is usually the longest part of a setup — the content, not the technology.
03
«Let's start with one channel»
Starting with one channel beats waiting for a full rollout. The rest are added later and the base stays the same.
04
«Let the AI take the calls as well»
Connecting the line is a step of its own: SIP details, routing rules and the call script are set up.
Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, your website, Shopify and your phone line connect to one account.
This is the biggest saving in the whole setup: you build the knowledge base, the script and the rules once, and every new channel plugs into what is already there. The second channel goes live far faster than the first.
We look at your material and name the concrete steps and the timeline — rather than a general promise. Tell us briefly about your company — our AI Call Center agent will call you shortly and answer your questions.
